Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide best-in-class customer service, assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store visuals, operations, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines, restocking as needed.
• Transfer products from stock room to floor and ensure items are presented and alphabetized.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals through effective service.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support loss prevention and safety best practices and adhere to policies.
