Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs during transactions.
• Support overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain clean, organized, and merchandised areas according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transfer products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies and attendance, dress, and grooming requirements.
