GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods in Gulf Breeze, FL. The role emphasizes delivering superior guest service, helping customers with video game needs, and maintaining a well-presented selling floor.

You will assist in stocking, merchandising, and daily store operations; you’ll collaborate with teammates to drive sales and ensure a positive guest experience while adhering to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with video game needs, recommend items, and thank guests at every transaction.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives, including holiday season promotions.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures; ensure items are presented well.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and stay aware of safety procedures.
