Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service while supporting the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

The role requires delivering best-in-class service, greeting guests, restocking, maintaining store presentation, and adhering to store policies. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
