Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the store team during peak sales periods. You will provide best-in-class guest service, assist customers with video gaming needs, and support store operations from stocking to merchandising.

You’ll work with the team to meet sales and performance goals, maintain a clean, organized shopping environment, and follow store policies. Availability during holidays, nights, weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support store ambiance, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
• Stock and restock merchandise, organize floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions politely and escalate when needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety practices.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
