Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on delivering outstanding guest service, assisting customers with gaming needs, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

You will also help with stocking, merchandising, and keeping shelves organized, while supporting sales initiatives and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their video gaming needs and purchases.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and confidentiality.
