Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining organized presentation on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and confidentiality and ethical responsibilities.
