Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on delivering outstanding guest service, helping customers find gaming products, and contributing to a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

You will assist with day-to-day store operations, restocking, housekeeping, and ensuring products are well-presented. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and promoting related items during transactions.
• Support the shopping environment, assist in store sales initiatives, and help maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor, ensuring presentation and organization.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, staying aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
