Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and completing transactions with selling behaviors.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines, including restrooms.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate complaints to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
