Responsibilities

• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and transfer products from the stock room to the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly, effectively, and politely, escalating to a keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
