Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As part of the Circle of Life approach, you will greet guests, recommend video gaming products, process transactions, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and well merchandised while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience is a plus.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and processing transactions.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during peak holiday season.
• Stock and restock merchandise; keep shelves organized and alphabetized.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store environment.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and ethical policies.
