Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and the overall shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder if needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
