Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products well.
• Support achievement of sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety best practices.
• Adhere to store policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
