GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak selling days. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, assisting customers with video game needs, and promoting GameStop’s buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

You will help maintain a clean, organized store environment, restock merchandise, and participate in holiday sales initiatives. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet seasonal demand.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are presented well.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures (attendance, confidentiality, ethics).
