GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis with a focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance during peak seasonal times.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, stocking, and keeping the store clean and organized, while aiming to meet sales and shrinkage goals. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including merchandising and restocking, during peak seasonal days.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to a store keyholder when needed.
