Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods by delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and present items on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
