Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their gaming needs.
• Support the store environment, including visual and operational aspects, and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and properly displayed.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
