Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Stock, restock, and merchandise products to keep shelves organized and appealing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented store environment and restrooms.
• Assist with sales initiatives and meet/exceed sales and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to store policies, attendance, and confidentiality requirements.
