Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and upselling items during transactions.
• Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, transferring products from stock room to selling floor, and presenting items neatly.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
