Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You will provide best-in-class guest service, help customers with video game needs, and contribute to merchandising and store maintenance.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail or guest service experience is preferred. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store merchandising, cleanliness, and stocking during peak sales days.
• Resolve guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Assist in loss prevention and follow store policies and procedures.
