Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visual and operational aspects, and participate in holiday promotions.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure products are presented and alphabetized on selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
