Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store visual and operational aspects and holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
