Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting items during every transaction.
• Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
