Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor, ensuring presentation and alphabetization.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
