Responsibilities

• Support the store environment, visual presentation, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and presenting products on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
