Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You will deliver friendly guest service, assist customers with gaming needs, and help drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

You will also help maintain store appearance, stock shelves, and participate in loss prevention and safety practices while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work during peak seasonal days, including holidays.
• Willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and completing transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandize according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock shelves and transfer products from stock room.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Communicate with team and escalate guest issues to a store keyholder.
