Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining a welcoming shopping environment, restocking, and assisting in inventory control while adhering to store policies. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance and confidentiality.
