You will greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in loss prevention and inventory control. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance and confidentiality.
