Job summary

The Minnesota Timberwolves are seeking reliable team members to support the Group Events team with game night functions before, during and after home games. This seasonal, part-time role requires availability on game days with two shifts, typically 10am-4pm and 4pm-10pm, starting mid-September with offers in early October.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the fulfillment of all Group Events fan experiences at Timberwolves home games.
• Staff the Group Zone and Redemption Zone booths at Timberwolves home games.
• Assist with implementation of single-game group ticket promotions and redemptions.
• Interact with fans, field questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Support initiatives & promotions in the office as needed.
• Perform and strengthen other duties as they are assigned.
