Job summary

Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx is seeking seasonal part-time staff to support the Group Events team on home game nights. Two shifts per game day with availability on weekends and holidays. Training begins mid-October, with roles through the season and potential playoffs.

Responsibilities include staffing Group/Redemption zones, assisting with promotions, and delivering excellent customer service to fans. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fan experiences at Timberwolves home games.
• Staff the Group Zone and Redemption Zone booths.
• Help implement single-game group ticket promotions and redemptions.
• Interact with fans and provide excellent customer service.
• Support office promotions and duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
