Job summary

Total Wine & More in New York is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member to process sales, greet customers, and support store operations. You will handle transactions, verify IDs, promote loyalty programs, and maintain product knowledge through training.

This role emphasizes fast, friendly service, adherence to alcohol regulations, and teamwork. Eligibility to work evenings and weekends is required; 21+ years old preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID checks and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and advertising; ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and regulations; maintain a safe, compliant store.
• Carry out cross-functional duties and other tasks as assigned.
