Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physically able to lift and handle cases and pallets (up to 50 lbs).
• Will be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and promote a personalized shopping experience and loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and alcohol sale laws; ensure a compliant store environment.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
