Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs. You will greet customers, answer questions, and build relationships while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

The role may also serve as a merchandiser or stock associate as needed, with training across wine, beer, and spirits. Seasonal position with potential for non-seasonal work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries, promote loyalty program, and bag products.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products/services.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies, and ensure safety/compliance.
