Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in a seasonal role to handle cashier duties, assist customers, and maintain store standards at the Fredericksburg location.

You will process sales, support loyalty programs, and help with stocking and merchandising while upholding safety and compliance requirements. Prior retail and POS experience is a plus, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
