Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in Virginia to deliver fast, friendly cashiering and assist with sales. You will process transactions, greet customers, and participate in product training to boost knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to laws for alcohol sales, and teamwork within a seasonal or non-seasonal framework. Flexible hours, store discounts, and benefits accompany the position.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty program promotion, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Seasonal postings may be short term (up to six months) with option to apply for non-seasonal role.
