Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Cashier to provide fast, friendly service, handle transactions, and answer customer questions in a busy retail environment. The role may flex to include sales associate or merchandiser duties, with emphasis on loyalty programs and product knowledge.

You will work with a team, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and adapt to varying shift requirements, including evenings and weekends, in a large national wine-and-beverage retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and promote loyalty program.
• Bag merchandise and maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and store policies.
