Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in a seasonal capacity to deliver fast, friendly checkout and customer service. You will process transactions, promote the loyalty program, and provide product knowledge while maintaining store standards and safety across shifts.

The role supports flexibility with evenings and weekends, with anticipated seasonal duration and opportunities to convert to non-seasonal roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote the loyalty program.
• Bagging products and delivering a personalized service experience.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure a compliant store environment.
