Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in Orlando, FL. As a cashier or sales associate, you will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help customers find products.

You may be assigned as a stock or merchandiser. You will learn wine and beer categories, follow promotions, and maintain a safe, clean store while upholding laws related to alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, and bagging products.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
