Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a customer-focused cashier/front end team member. You will process sales, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training on wine, beer, and spirits will be provided to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service to build relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and knowledge of promotions.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Assist with training, merchandising, and stock duties as needed.
