Total Wine & More in Milford, CT is seeking a seasonal Cashier/Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service, handle transactions, and promote loyalty programs. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser, reporting to store management.

You will engage customers, train on wine and beer products, and maintain store standards. This role requires flexibility, weekend/evening availability, and adherence to all laws related to alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in product training to improve knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; comply with alcohol sale regulations.
