Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member in Dedham, MA to process transactions and deliver outstanding customer service. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser, reporting to store management while supporting promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, answering questions, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. Evening/weekend availability and age 21+ are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently with identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
