Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier in Norwalk, CT. You will process transactions, greet customers, and provide product knowledge while aiming to enhance the customer experience.

The role may include as-needed duties such as sales associate or merchandiser responsibilities, depending on store needs. Candidates should be able to work evenings and weekends, endure standing for long periods, and comply with all state alcohol laws.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
