Total Wine & More, America’s largest independent retailer of wine, spirits, beer, and more, is hiring Seasonal Front End Team Members. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help customers find products while delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining store standards, and staying informed about promotions. This role may involve cross-functional duties and requires adherence to safety and legal regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including payment handling and ID verification.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with bagging and packaging.
• Answer inquiries and provide a personalized service experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
