Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Front End, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery or Meat & Seafood departments.

You will provide excellent guest service, stock and merchandise products, weigh and scan items, assist guests, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while upholding uniform standards.

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; minimum age 16 (18 for certain roles); equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to assist with meal solutions.
• Stock and merchandise products and assist nearby guests across departments.
• Weigh and scan items, handle cash, and make change where applicable.
• Collect shopping carts and help with general housekeeping tasks.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat items as needed.
• Present yourself professionally and maintain uniform standards.
