Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood departments. You will engage guests, stock shelves, weigh and scan products, and help with light kitchen tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old (18 for certain departments), with a passion for excellent service, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing extraordinary service
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand needs and suggest meal solutions
• Merchandise and stock products; assist guests across departments
• Weigh, scan and ring up items; handle cash and provide change
• Greet guests, maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
• Assist with general housekeeping and cart retrieval
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat solutions as needed
