Total Wine & More is hiring a Store Front End Team Member near Raleigh, NC. As a Cashier you will provide fast, friendly service, process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain store presentation.

This seasonal role may also involve duties as a sales associate or merchandiser. You’ll join a team focused on customer satisfaction, product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, 1+ years.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
