Job summary

Total Wine & More in Las Vegas is seeking a customer-focused Front End Team Member to process transactions and assist customers with product knowledge. This role may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed, reporting to store management.

Expect responsibilities including greeting customers, answering questions, promoting the loyalty program, and maintaining a clean, compliant store environment. Training in wine/beer categories is provided to build product expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote loyalty program to customers.
• Bag merchandise and ensure friendly customer interactions to create a positive visit.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per store policies and alcohol regulations.
