Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly Cashier (Seasonal) in Natick, MA. You will process sales, assist customers, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining store safety and compliance standards.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer will enhance product knowledge and customer engagement. You should be comfortable with POS systems, able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and to support cross-functional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and bagging.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and promote loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits and beer training.
