Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to join our Natick store team. You will maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, and support online orders while delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

The role includes setting up displays, signage, and end caps, and may involve curbside pickup or delivery when assigned. You will participate in product training to improve knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, while upholding store safety and compliance with all laws

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Merchandise products, including organizing and distributing inventory.
Process freight, build displays and end caps, and place signage.
Support online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
Greet customers, provide a personalized shopping experience, and build relationships.
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge.
Maintain safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
Perform additional duties as needed, including occasional deliveries.
