Job summary

Total Wine & More in Massachusetts seeks a seasonal Front End Team Member (Cashier) to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, answer questions and promote loyalty programs. You may also be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate and report to store management.

You will work 1–3 years of retail experience preferred; 21+; ability to lift 50 lbs; and enjoy benefits including PTO, store discounts, health care plans, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification.
• Deliver exceptional service and greet customers, building relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and answer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
